Psychology is a branch of science that looks at how people and other animals think, feel, and act. The field of psychology can be broadly divided into two sections: a burgeoning science of mind, brain, and social behavior and a burgeoning profession of practitioners. Although the two have distinct objectives, methods, and training, some psychologists combine the two.
