This is your friendly purveyor of smut, Rayna. I'm so glad to be back with another anthology of the best erotic stories of the year. I received so much generous feedback from last year's anthology, and I've integrated a lot of your thoughts into this new volume. Most notably, I sought out some more writers of color to bring some new, sexy perspectives.

For those of you who are new - welcome I'm a writer and editor and a voracious reader of erotic fiction.

My favorite format for erotica, by far, is short stories. The writer is challenged to bring a plot to life in a few minutes, which really creates fast, fun plots. And you can sample different kinds of stories without much commitment. You may discover some things you didn't even know turned you on.
