Bailey Carpenter is a fantasy geek whose life is about to become wilder than his imagination. He has a strong feeling that he has a friend no one else remembers, and he can't shake it off. Bailey's search takes him to a familiar place on a weirdly different time line. Finding the friend turns out to be the easy part, but now he's haunted by the memory of a brother and another life. He and his friend enjoy living rough in the Australian bush, but it's not all it seems.
