About the Author
Ann Turner is currently a freelance writer, researcher, and consultant. She has taught in the Historical Department of the University of Papua New Guinea and written courses on Issues in National Development and Papua New Guinea history for the university's Extension Studies Department. She was for many years Head of the library at the Hawthorn Institute of Education and Head of the Institute's Center for Information and Communication Technology Education.
